How to Make a Complaint

We want people who contact Trabajastu Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Your experience when you called or messaged Trabajastu Concrete
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Trabajastu Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@trabajastu.monster and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We aim to confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
